Participating in an endurance event – whether a marathon or triathon – is an extraordinary personal undertaking and an exciting adventure! To help you prepare, Team Continuum has assembled a great staff of coaches eager to provide advice and support to get you from the starting line to the finish line. They will help adapt a training plan to meet your goals and provide advice and assistance along the way. Our primary goal is for you to have an amazing experience!

The coaching staff offers a comprehensive approach to getting you ready to deliver your best performance. Our coaches are experienced marathoners, triathlon champions, and professionals who deal with injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation. We provide the most effective training plans designed by our running coaches, physical therapist, chiropractor, and sports nutrition expert to ensure you are both mentally and physically prepared to help your body perform at it’s best.
