On November 4th I will be running in the NYC Marathon for a second time. Even though I received a spot in the marathon through their lottery system (woohoo!), I decided to join and support Team Continuum as I did in 2016 when I ran for the first time. I first joined Team Continuum in 2012 in honor of my grandfather who lost his own fight against cancer. This year I’ve joined because I want to help pediatric cancer patients and their families cope with the expenses and stresses of everyday life while they focus on receiving crucial medical care. Your support of my fundraising effort is vital to Team Continuum’s continuing success of helping families deal with the stress of this disease and I deeply appreciate your generosity and encouragement!
