Team Continuum prides itself on collaborating closely with health care providers in an effort to fund improved patient care facilities and capabilities.
Ostensibly we only consider grant requests for assistance, where a demonstrable improvement in providing care for patients is evident.
Rarely do we consider grants for research, unless that research is patient biased and provides the possibility of prolonging life expectancy or quality of life.
Additionally we are receptive to grant requests for improved patient facilities such as entertainment systems in waiting areas, or the installation of computer technology for use by patients or their representatives.
