Hello and welcome to another awesome year of training and running with Team Continuum! I am VERY excited to get going this year!
I know everyone is looking for a training plan for this year so here is how it works...
First, check out the three training plans listed in this forum and pick the one that is right for you. If you have any questions about which one is best email me, John, Coach@teamcontinuum.net and we can figure out which plan best works for you.
Then because of the later date of the race this year, start week 1 of the plan on Monday July 12th.
The plans are 17 weeks so that will get you to the marathon date of November 7th, the BIG DAY!
As you go along please email me with any questions or just to say hi. Of course if possible PLEASE come run with us, every Wendesday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 8 am. We meet up at Columbus Circle and have a bag watcher on site so you can bring whatever you need for the run. Also look for emails and tweets from @teamcontinuum for give aways at group workouts throughout the training season.
