From Athletes
- How do I create my Athlete Page?
- You can customize your Athlete Page by logging into the Team Continuum Back Office and selecting My Profile from the icons at the top of the page. On the right side you will see a list of events. Click the event you wish to edit and use the Edit Page and Edit Pictures buttons to personalize your page. Please note that changes to your page are subject to moderator approval, and therefore will not be displayed to the public immediately.
- How do I login to the Back Office?
- Use the Member Login link that appears on most pages. The email that you should use to login is the one you gave when you registered. The password is randomly assigned, but you may change it after you login.
- I do not have my Back Office Password, can you send it to me?
- You can reset your password on the Member Login page, and a new one will be sent to you. Sometimes these messages are automatically put into a spam or bulk mail folder, so please check those folders if you do not recieve the email. It may also help to put info@teamcontinuum.net into your address book.
From Donors
- I want to change how my name or the amount of my donation is displayed on the athlete's page.

The donor privacy is set when you make your donation, however it can be changed by the athlete or by an administrator. To change it after your donation is made, contact the athlete that you made the donation too, or an administrator (support@teamcontinuum.net). Please specify whether you want to display your name, the donation amount, both or neither.
Note that the donor privacy setting only determines how the donation is displayed on the public web site. Athletes and administrators can still see the full event details in the Back Office.
