Dylan Hartung and Family
Letter of Thanks

26th July 2005
Dear Team Continuum,
Thank you so much for all the assistance you have provided for our family during this very difficult time. Without your help, our family would not have been reunited at this time and for that we are eternally thankful. The change in our 6 year old son, Dylan, has been enormous since the arrival of his father and brother from Australia. The nurses and doctors at the hospital have all been commenting on the change in him, and I reply "Family really is the best medicine".
I was truly amazed at how Team Continuum came to our rescue, during a very difficult emotional period that I was experiencing. Dylan was not well and all week I had been very low, after being in New York for 6 months caring for Dylan, I was emotionally and mentally exhausted. Then I was advised to call this man called Paul Nicholls, by a family who were also experiencing the horror of childhood cancer. I didn't know what to expect or who he was, turns out he was my very own guardian angel. After a late night phone call to Paul Nicholls, my life took a huge turn around by the next morning, as I was told flights were donated for my husband and my 10 year old son to join us for a visit in New York.
The support didn't stop there, Team Continuum fulfilled Dylan's dream of taking a ride in a red convertible Ferrari, and they pampered our family with weekend hotel stays and other activities. But best of all, Team Continuum have provided us with friendship, and I know that support will always be there for us.
Thank you Team Continuum.
Love & Hope,
Melissa, Dylan, Tim and Cain Hartung
