John Hirsch is a former division 1 NCAA soccer player who took up endurance sports in 1999 by running the Hartford Marathon and racing with the Columbia University Cycling Team. In 2000 he did his first Ironman and in 2002 qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. In 2003 he started Johnhirsch.org a coaching site and the "C.R.E.W." a team of runners, cyclists, and multisport athletes which he coaches.
In 2004 John qualified as a USA Triathlon pro/elite. His career highlights include a win the same year in his Ironman debut winning the pro field at Chesapeakman and in 2005 finishing in the top 25 of Ironman Florida. in 2006 he was the 4th domestic pro at the American Ironman Championships in Lake Placid New York. In 2007 he was 15th at Ironman Lousville, and in 2008 was in the top 10 over all at the same venue against a top international field. John relies on his strength a a runner to catch and pass people. He has over 2 dozen wins in shorter multisport, running and cycling events.
His proudest accomplishment is that none of the athletes he has coach have ever failed to finish their first marathon or ironman. His athletes include pro cyclists, and athletes that have competed in the Ironman and Half Ironman World Championships as well those whos goal are to finish. He has worked with athlet es from 19 to 60, men and women and those with verious backgrounds in sports. In addition to racing and coaching John in the co-director of Strong Like Bull Training Camps www.stronglikebulltraining.com and is a part time public interest lawyer for the Legal Aid Society and a writer for the endurance sports website www.xtri.com

Jason Klein
Team Continuum is pleased announce that Jason Klein has joined Team Continuum in the capacity of team physical therapist and assistant coach. Currently, he is the owner and director of Athalon Physical Therapy located on East 57th Street in New York City. Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University and graduate degrees from Long Island University in Physical Therapy and Columbia University in Applied Physiology. He has worked extensively with individuals including Division I and professional athletes in the field of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. As an avid runner Jason has been a member of the New York Road Runners membership directory and completed the 2009 New York City Marathon as a participating partner with Team Continuum.
