Team Continuum is seeking highly motivated young professionals to join its inaugural Junior Board.

Team Continuum is a charitable organization that helps cancer patients of every age and diagnosis and their families with immediate non-medical assistance such as rent/mortgage, food, clothing, household bills and toys for children during the holiday season. Team Continuum also supports hospital programming in the form of education, the arts and social services.

Team Continuum primarily raises funds through its participation in endurance events. The Junior Board provides an alternative opportunity for young professionals aligned with TC’s mission to become actively involved.

The Team Continuum Junior Board of Directors will serve as a social and fundraising committee through the execution of 3-4 happy hour fundraising events, take an active role in outreach and recruitment, and participation in endurance events. Junior Board members will set a collective fundraising goal to be reached by year end, and will also present corporate sponsorship opportunities to the organization when they arise. The Junior Board will also establish themselves as ambassadors through connecting social networking and word of mouth.

By joining the Junior Board, you are actively making a tremendous difference in the lives of cancer patients of all ages and diagnosis by easing the financial and emotional pressures that patients and families face everyday. You will also meet like civic-minded professionals, enhance your resume with philanthropy, and have fun.
